Answer: Yes, refills are available for the Jetstream RT: 1.0mm Black (Item No. 35972), also compatible with Jetstream Premier, and 1.0mm Blue (Item No. 35973), also compatible with Jetstream Premier.

Question: How do I refill my Jetstream RT? 

Answer: To refill your Jetstream RT, twist the cone at the top of the pen to separate it from the barrel, then pull out the old refill and insert the new one.
