uniball™ AIR, Porous Point Pens

one of the best pens I've bought this year

Didn’t flow like I hoped when writing with both black and blue ink.

The air micros have serious ink flow issues. I bought a pack of 12 air micro pens with black ink and I think only 2 of the 12 had ink that flowed smoothly. The rest all skipped horribly bad and some of them even had a weird scratchiness when writing with them like there was possibly material from the factory or something left behind that should have been trimmed off or maybe there was something defective about the ball at the tip. I was incredibly sad and let down by how poorly these wrote especially since I've tried the regular uniball air pens in the larger 0.7 tip and absolutely have loved those ones and how beautifully they write. I had very high hopes because of the larger tipped airs but these turned out nothing like those ones. So sad.

I bought this pen to try it out, but I will not use it again.

I use a Kokuyo Campus notebook to test all pens.
Pro: you can semi~control the line thickness by the angle you hold it at. The color of ink is bright.
Con: I don't like the feeling of the pen tip drag on paper. The ink spreads. Out of all the uniball pens I tried, this ink is most visible on the other side of the paper.

Dries quickly, great control, feels nice in the hand, nice line size. Incredible for cursive
