Answer: The correct lead refill for the Jetstream Prime 4 & 1 is our 0.5mm Nano Diamond HB lead.

Question: Are there ink refills available?

Answer: Yes, the correct refill is the SXR-80-05 K Jetstream Ballpoint Multi Pen Refill - 0.5 mm available in black, blue, red or green ink.

Question: Are there eraser refills available?

Answer: Yes, the correct eraser refill is the Uni Mitsubishi Eraser Refill Size S.

Question: How do I refill my Jetstream Prime 4 & 1?

Answer: To refill the lead and replace pen refills, twist the barrel where the grip meets the pen. Once the pencil refill is pulled off, the top will come off, allowing you to insert the lead or replace the pen refills.

To start with I did not receive the items I ordered

To start with I did not receive the items I ordered. What I received was a box with just a single Jetstream 2 & 1 Pen and did not receive the Kuru Toga Advanced Mechanical Pencil. The main reason I made this order was for the Mechanical Pencil. I have called and emailed Customer Service with ZERO replies. Not impressed with the Mitsubishi Pencil Co. or the Uniball co. for that matter. Be careful people!

The advanced Kuru toga led pencil has crazy accuracy and helps me write down notes beautifully. And the pen is awesome since it has 4 colors PLUS works as a led pencil with an eraser!
