Red Ink uniball™ GEL IMPACT, Gel Pen Won't Write

I generally love these pens, and recently ordered a few, but just discovered that the red ink doesn't write. There's no ink flow. It is outside the return period even though I just started to try and use it. Disappointed with lack of options.

Pen ink does not write smoothly.

The pen ink does not write smoothly. It requires a good bit of pressure to make sure it writes consistently. Disappointing. The white ink pen is not useful.

What a disappointment!

These pens are awful… I’m a big UNI user for many many years, and need reliable gel pens… These dry out so fast and it’s a waste of money…..

My fave white pen!

Bronze pens failed 3xs

Has anyone else had difficulty getting the Bronze Metallic pen to flow?? Ive had in a row that refused to even start working!! All other colors are fantastic! These are my go to pens for my professional artwork and homemade Christmas cards. UNI BRAND acted quickly when I sent in a letter and receipts! Just curious at this point!
