Not 40 Different colors BE AWARE

This is indeed a 40 count pack but almost HALF of the colors are duplicates!
I was expecting that a 40 count pack would be 40 different colors. It takes a lot of shaking to get the paint flowing--about a minute so that's a downside. Upside is that these markers are pretty fun and stick to a lot of surfaces.

Love the pens except

Hi, so I purchased the 40 marker sign in September. It’s been in the box until today, which is November 21 when she used some of the pens shook them to get the ink out. Some of them never came out. Tried to try to tried. They just didn’t work once it didn’t work I was satisfied with half of them at least did not work. What is your policy for getting exchanging them?

Christmas gift for an artist! He loves these pen/markers.
