uniball™ Zento Signature, Gel Pen

I am waiting for this pen for more than a year now. I am daily driver of your Uniball Zentos with new ink in almost every color and i love it so much but i would love to get your signature models. Is there hope at the end of a tunel for me and also others? i just refuse to pay 80 € to scalpers for 1 pen even i love your other products :(. Please help

You still have this up on your site. It’s been over a year and a half. No one can buy them except on eBay for $125 which is insane for $1.50 refill of ink that’s not the best ever my Uni ball ONE makes me more happy. I can’t believe it’s on your site. I can’t believe no one can buy them except on eBay. I can’t believe anything. This company says for an excuse of why that pen is not being sold online or in the USA at every store yet you’re still dropping brand new Zento‘s of every different color and kind knew this knew that and you can’t even put out the signature one I’ll never buy one not even for MSRP just for the fact that it’s been so long. I don’t even care anymore if I’m spending $40 I’ll buy another Lamy fountain from your website. It’s just crazy. I don’t wanna hear about production blah blah blah. You’re putting out other pens and you’re putting out new pens just over it.

They do not care about their customers at all. They are only interested in making money. They do not care who buys their pen, so they just sell them to scalpers. This pen has been on the market for 1.5 years now, and there is still a shortage. They are definitely just trying to limit the stock. They have no intention on making their actual customers get this pen.

Only available on ebay for scalper prices. This is insane. Please think of the European market.
