The Kuru Toga KW features uni's advanced lead rotation system. Each time the pencil lifts from the page, the internal mechanism turns the lead slightly, keeping the tip sharp and even. The result is smooth, consistent lines with every stroke — no flat spots, no uneven edges, just clean writing and drawing from start to finish.

The metal barrel gives the pencil a strong, balanced feel, while the natural wood grip adds warmth and comfort. After careful testing with woods like quince, walnut, and wenge, the wooden grip was designed to age beautifully, developing a rich patina over time. It’s a writing tool that becomes more personal the more you use it.

Inside, the upgraded Kuru Toga engine, similar to the KS model, delivers extra-smooth rotation with minimized tip movement for steady, controlled writing. Paired with the resin nib damper from the Metal series, it absorbs small shifts, keeping the pencil stable even during long sessions or detailed work.
